Journey Of 2006

OHI was formed in January’2006 by our CEO Priyankar Baid, an IIT-ISB Alumnus (a leading Top 25 Global Business School) with valuable management consulting experience in India’s largest business group-Tata’s. He created a core team of senior and middle management professionals with vast experience (ranging from four to ten years) in outsourcing particularly in Finance and Accounting outsourcing (FAO) services. Unlike most outsourcing service providers, our focus was only on finance and accounting processes.

Journey Of 2011

Over the years we have completed many outsourcing projects and gained several clients in USA, Canada and UK. The company has grown significantly from a five member team at inception to a twenty five member team. While working on specific accounting processes we also gained strong knowledge and working experience on specific industries. We now have industry specific solutions in Real Estate, Construction, Logistics, Retail and CPA firms. We also gained knowledge on working in various accounting softwares like QuickBooks (certified), NetSuite, Xero, Peachtree, Great Plains, Timberline, Yardi, Appfolio, MRI and Real Page.

Post gaining significant experience in servicing real estate firms (We now services close to 30 Real Estate Firms providing accounting and reporting work for over 40000 units), we expanded our service offering for the Real Estate Industry to cover Accounting, Acquisition Analysis, Dashboards and Leasing services.We also launched our second website – www.ohiaccounting.com, a website dedicated to service finance and accounting needs of the real estate industry.
