He has worked as a management consultant for a leading Indian business house (Tata), handling assignments covering industry and competitor analysis, portfolio analysis, business formulation (along with detailed financial projections) and financial modeling. He has substantial experience working with major Indian companies in retail, consumer goods and engineering goods sector. He also has channel marketing experience in Colgate Palmolive (India), working on marketing campaigns for one of their top brands.

Tajinder Singh has rich accounting experience of more than twenty-five (25) years with international accounting experience of eighteen (18) years across real estate, property management and IT services companies. Tajinder has successfully transitioned and executed many multi- member processes across a wide spectrum of real estate companies such as low income housing companies, single and multi-family residential property management companies, fully integrated real estate companies, multi location real estate brokerages among others. Functionally, he has managed complicated accounts payable processes, end to end accounting and reporting processes and monthly closing and yearly closing processes. Tajinder has an intermediate degree in Chartered Accountancy, undergraduate degree in accounting, and a master in business administration from Symbiosis institute of management studies.

Amit is a key member of our accounting team with close to seventeen (17) years of experience in Indian and US accounting. Amit has a masters degree in Corporate Accounting and has good understanding of intricacies of accounting in small mid size businesses. He has handled complicated accounting assignments in real estate and property management areas across commercial, residential and retail segments. His attention to detail, focus on accounting practices and stress on accounting representation are key assets while transitioning complicated accounting processes.

Amit, a Certified Risk Professional boasting over two decades of diverse experience, excels as a Lead Auditor in various Global Standards. With expertise spanning Data Protection, Data Privacy, US Healthcare, and Cybersecurity. He serves as a Regulatory Compliance Expert. Formerly occupying roles such as Chief Compliance Officer and IT Risk Governance Officer in multinational corporations, Amit also led as CEO of a US Healthcare Regulatory Compliance service provider. Renowned for executing pivotal projects, he has facilitated numerous organizations in achieving certifications/attestations including Information Security, HITRUST, SOC 2, GDPR, PIPEDA, among others. Acknowledged as a distinguished writer in Information Security and Compliance, Amit contributes to leading US Healthcare Magazine publications by the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA) and the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE).

Ravinder is a veteran accounting professional with thirty-four (34) years of overall accounting experience and eighteen (18) years of US accounting experience across Indian and US companies. He has handled many teams of junior accountants successfully transitioning critical processes in accounts payables, reconciliations and month end closing areas. Ravinder has good experience in transitioning accounting processes of industries in retail chains, logistics, CPA firms, and small business segment. Ravinder holds an undergraduate degree in Commerce and Accountancy from Delhi University. He has been associated with our organization since 2007.

Backed by solid operational accounting experience across US and Canadian clients, Sanjay manages team of accountants working in AR, AP and monthly accounting processes. He has good experience of handling accounting intricacies in logistics and property management companies. Sanjay has also worked with Canadian clients particularly in the real estate and medical field. Sanjay holds an undergraduate degree in accounting and has more than nineteen (19) years experience in accounting, with about sixteen (16) years of experience in US and Canadian accounting processes.

A dynamic professional with more than ten (10) years of US experience in financial reporting, month end closing and reporting, accounts payable and vendor management, accounts receivable and reconciliations. Awadhesh manages team of accountants working in AR, AP and monthly accounting processes. Awadhesh holds an MCA and an undergraduate degree in accounting. He has been associated with our organization since 2006.

Arvind has over twelve (12) years of experience in business development, marketing and sales activities for the outsourcing industry (FAO). His main responsibilities at OHI includes lead management, Google AdWords management, identifying new market opportunities and service areas. He is also responsible for managing external OHI vendors (SEO team, website team etc.). He is actively involved in creation of sales and marketing collaterals. Arvind holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing.

An outstanding business professional with 9+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Team Handling, Mentoring and dealing with C-Suite Executives from 3 continents. (Asia, North America and Australia). At OHI he is responsible for driving Business, Development and Growth Strategy. His past experiences include driving business development strategies at InfoEdge India (Naukri) and Intelenet Global Services. Sudhanshu holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in business administration (MBA) with dual specialization in Marketing and International Business.

He manages a team of accountants working in monthly accounting activities of the clients. He holds a graduate degree from the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (ICWAI). Anand has close to fourteen (14) years of US accounting experience.

Davinder is an experienced member of our accounting team with close to twelve (12) years of experience in US Accounting. Davinder is an MBA (Finance and Accounting) and also holds an undergraduate degree in Mathematics. He had good experience in end-to-end accounting processes involved in construction and real estate area. Davinder manages a team of accountants working in construction accounting, property accounting and corporate accounting. Davinder also has good experience in lease abstraction and administration activities and has completed several projects in the area.

Naresh Kumar possesses over fourteen (14) years of extensive accounting experience with our team, with a focus of more than eleven (11) years within the outsourcing industry. His expertise is complemented by a solid background in commerce. Notably, he possesses significant experience in the US real estate industry, including Residential, Commercial, and self-storage sectors. With a graduate degree and being semi-qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ICAI), Kumar has refined his skills in financial reporting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable management. As a proficient manager, he leads a team of accountants who excel in property and corporate accounting, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and strategic financial management.

With over a decade of specialized expertise in US real estate accounting and a cumulative experience exceeding fifteen years in the field, Sachin brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. Holding the title of a semi-qualified Chartered Accountant and obtaining his degree in Commerce from Delhi University, Gupta have honed my skills across various domains. Gupta's proficiency extends to financial analysis, encompassing the meticulous preparation of Underwritings and Asset Management Reports. Additionally, he possesses adeptness in leveraging Power BI for data visualization and enhancing decision-making processes. In my current capacity, Gupta oversees a dynamic team of property accountants, guiding them through pivotal tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and month-end closings with precision and efficiency.

With over 13 years of experience in accounting outsourcing and a specialized focus on construction accounting for the past 8 years, Jyoti brings a wealth of expertise to our team. Her comprehensive understanding of the construction industry allows her to handle all aspects of accounting, from contract management to bank draws. Beyond her construction accounting skills, Jyoti is also proficient in property accounting, demonstrating her versatility and adaptability within the accounting field. Rakesh has successfully transitioned accounting processes for property management companies, ensuring smooth integration. Leading a team, he manages key functions such as accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. His expertise in budget variance analysis, CAM reconciliations, and RR disbursement management makes him a vital asset in real estate accounting.
